A Strategy, Security & Defence – Advisor, at C&SC/ Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies of Egypt.

Kabier is a Fellow, Higher War College and the contemporary Strategic Studies institute of Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies/ Egypt.

He is a Security & Defense Advisor at Command & Staff College in which is a part of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies of Egypt.

He’s a Security & Defense Expert giving lectures at several universities and specialized institutes in Egypt (in both Arabic and English languages).

Was assigned an A.O (Action Officer) among the C/SAG members (The Combined Strategic Analysis Group) in the US CENTCOM/ Tampa/ Fl. For a full year.

Currently, he is a PhD researcher in the international relations and political Sciences.

He supervised and discussed MA and Fellowship theses of strategy, security studies and defense in Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies of Egypt.

Kabier served for more than thirty years in the Egyptian Armed Forces and has participated in Counterterrorism operations in Sinai.

He served as a director of a planning and operation department (at strategic level) in the Egyptian Armed Forces.
