In Behalf of Taiwan Center For Security Studies (TCSS) of National Chengchi University (NCU) and Institute for Global Security and Defense Affairs (IGSDA), Dr. Fu-Kuo Liu, Director of (TCSS) and Dr. Sayed Ghoneim, Chairman (IGSDA) signed today 30 March 2021 an agreement between both centers in the firm conviction that academic exchange between the parties will promote academic research and other activities.
The two parties agreed to implement exchanges and other activities in areas of academic research of mutual interest through the following:
- Exchange of faculty and researchers.
- Conducting collaborative research.
- Holding joint lectures and symposia.
- Exchange of academic information and materials.
- Consultation on global governance strategies.
